Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains exactly how to make that request and what happens next.
Last updated · August 2026Who handles your request
StoneHill Marketing is operated by 14471997 Canada Inc. All deletion requests are handled directly by our team in Ontario, Canada.
Send your request to info@stonehillmarketing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
How to request deletion
Include the following so we can locate and verify your records:
- Your full name and the business name, if applicable
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your data
- What you want deleted — for example Meta Platform Data, call transcripts and recordings, appointment records, or all data
- If your data was captured by an AI receptionist, the business you called
We may ask one or two follow-up questions to confirm your identity before deleting anything. This protects your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Deleting Facebook / Meta Platform Data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Meta Business asset to StoneHill and want that data removed:
- Email info@stonehillmarketing.com with the Page name and the request to delete Meta Platform Data.
- We revoke our application's access tokens for your Page and Business assets.
- We permanently delete all Meta Platform Data we hold, including Page engagement and analytics data retrieved via pages_read_engagement and records of content published via pages_manage_posts.
- We confirm completion to you by email.
You may also remove our access yourself at any time in Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, or in Meta Business Suite under Business Settings, by removing the StoneHill application. Removing access there stops all future access; email us as well if you want the previously retrieved data deleted.
We never sell Meta Platform Data, and we only ever access what is necessary to perform the requested services.
Existing StoneHill clients
Clients may request deletion of their business and end-customer data, including:
- Call transcripts and any call recordings captured while recording was enabled
- Appointment, booking, and lead records held in our systems
- Automation logs and workflow data
- Scripts, configuration, and voice AI training material specific to your business
- Contact, onboarding, and support records
We will also revoke integration access to your Google Workspace, Calendar, CRM, Meta, and any other connected platforms. Data stored inside your own accounts — for example rows already written to your Google Sheet or events in your Google Calendar — remains under your control and must be deleted by you.
If you want a copy of your data before deletion, ask for an export in the same email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once completed.
Processing timeline
- We acknowledge every request within 3 business days.
- Platform access and API tokens are revoked within 7 days of verification.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we email you confirmation once it is done.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup rotation, within 90 days at the latest.
A limited set of records may be retained where the law requires it — for example billing and tax records under Canadian law. We will tell you if any such records are retained and why.
